I took my car in for service today and I could not be more pleased. We have used Finsanto over the years and have never had an issue. They are reliable, customer oriented and they never take advantage of us. Today Mando checked me in and kept me informed throughout the day. And they didnt do any work I did not authorize but most importantly they weren’t pushy about the work I declined. He took the time to explain things to me but did not try to convince me. As a woman I truly appreciate that he treated me like an intelligent person. The owner even brought my car around so i could drive off so he is present and obviously a role model for his staff members. And their prices were far better than taking my foreign car to the dealer ! Overall I would totally recommend Finsanto in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!!

I came back to finsantos because of the great service and attention the service representative he has given us. Mr. Mando is a very caring individual quick and attentive to all our needs. He, Mando
is a stand up guy did everything to get our car get repair. Offer us a ride to and from the repair shop. He gave us fast and good service.
I feel he is our go to person in time of need. I can not find a better person that reflects the finsantos business attitude. He is a good person in what he does. I hope he remains in a position of. providing good service for finsantos company.

Everyone was friendly as soon as I walked in the door ,I was greeted like one should be greeted at any location . Took our truck to get fixed and they went on a beyond our expect ions . I will be happy to recommend anyone to this location. I was amazed how beautiful their front office was remodel. And like to give a shout out to Armando for his customer service that he gave to me while I was there . Thank you again for the best service that I received.

Very professional and knowledgeable service attendants. They are straight to the point on the information that you need for your service. They provide future preventive maintenance tips in their complete diagnostic of the vehicle and the owner was even able to give me a ride to my house while they worked in my vehicle. Will definitely return here for future services.

Took my vehicle in because I got the service DEF system notice on the dash. Finsanto previously worked on my DEF system so I had a 3 year warranty with them. Jerry was my service manager. I did not have to haggle with them regarding the warranty they honored it and even waived the diagnostic fees. I had some other work done besides that and Jerry was excellent at communicating with me every step of the way, he was professional, knowledgeable, and treated me like a valued customer. I will be bringing my vehicle back the next time I need service. Thanks Jerry!
